-Plan all programs and events per WCR guidelines
-Communicate with venue and organize all details including food, seating, technology, etc
-Communicate with speakers for booking, content, help prepare for presentation
-Work with treasurer for budgets and payments
-Create program Powerpoint presentations
-Communicate closely with financial and marketing

-Prepare yearly budget
-Track all incoming and outgoing funds
-Prepare monthly and yearly statements
-Send invoices and collect payments
-Send payments and reimbursements
-Communicate closely with events and ways & means

​Hospitality Committee
-Greet members at events
-Run registration
-Print name tags
-Personal touches- flowers, card etc for life events
-Communicate closely with events and membership
 
Marketing Committee
-Manage and update local chapter website
-Promote events, photography, video
-Manage facebook page
-Send emails to mailing list
-Manage online registration for events
-Prepare marketing materials
-Communicate closely with events, hospitality, membership, ways & means
 
Membership Committee
-Membership retainment and recruitment
-Welcome new members on facebook
-Communicate closely with hospitality and marketing
 
Ways & Means Committee
-Collect sponsorships for events
-Communicate closely with financial and marketing
