REALTORS across the United States increasingly operate within multi-cultural business environments which are strikingly diverse. The course is designed to equip REALTORS with an understanding of how to increase their Cultural Intelligence and leverage the unique benefits which can be obtained through being culturally proficient. This course qualifies for one hour of con ed credit (elective).

Lola is a first generation American and a first generation REALTOR®. Living, working, and visiting across three continents has provided a global perspective on life and business. In her 20+ years as a REALTOR®, she has had the pleasure of providing professional guidance while facilitating hundreds of real estate transactions.
In 2016, Lola obtained a CQ Level 1 Certification through the Cultural Assessment, becoming one of less than 600 people around the world certified to provide the academically validated assessment to individuals, organizations and businesses. In her spare time, Lola enjoys entertaining, traveling, blogging and reading books.
